Readiness Assessment

Readiness Assessment is a 40 minute long assessment that can be conducted online as per-employment test to identify candidates who have a greater potential to perform successfully on a job. It can also be used as a prerequisite assessment for a vocational course. The assessment combines the measurement of cognitive skills required for any job/task with the passion and perseverance to carry out that job/task.

The Cognitive skills are the core skills that the brain uses to think, read, learn, remember, reason and pay attention. The assessment assesses the most common cognitive skills, namely English Comprehension and Problem Solving.

The assessment also assesses the grit of the candidate, a concept developed by Psychologist Angela Duckworth. Grit is a personality trait that entails committing to challenging projects and working diligently toward their achievement over long periods.
