Business Development Specialist 

Are you a sales specialist looking for an opportunity to lead sales in an exciting start up?

Our client is an EduTech startup that is revolutionizing the learning experience in Saudi Arabia. They are looking for a smart and proactive business development specialist to help them expand its product and services. You will be the front of the company and will have the opportunity to create and apply an effective sales strategy. 

The overall goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  •  Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
  • Work with teams and partner to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions and bringing forward new business.
  • Set and exceed revenue and sales target
  • Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services
  •  Make clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; effectively meet client needs; develop and sustain positive and productive client relationships; and take responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Identify opportunities and act to build relationships between individuals, teams, department units, or organizations to help achieve business goals
  •  Follow company sales lead management processes. Leverage tools, reports and resources to maximize sales results
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to update on the latest technologies.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Required Skills:

  • Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic

  • Proven prospecting and business development success through the effective use of sales tools: LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and various CRM systems
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Overcome obstacles that prevent sales.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales

• Ability to work from home

• Mobility to visit new clients and leads.
