The Sales Development Representative responsibilities are:

  • Achieve annual sales target
  • Responsible for building pipeline, identifying, and qualifying potential new customers
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Reaching out to prospects generated via various marketing strategies and tools
  • Educate prospects on the technology & solutions
  • Being the first point of contact for the client
  • Acting as a communication hub for clients
  • Building long-term rapport with customers
  • Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
  • Resolving customer disputes and attending to inquiries
  • Providing reports on accounts and sales
  • Coordinating customer support with the respective support teams
  • Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
  • Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
  • Assisting with critical issues and escalations

Sales Development Representative requirements are:

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative or a related profession with proven Software & Consultancy sales results
  • Proven sales track record in B2B Tier 1 & 2 large ticket deals
  • SaaS and/or Consultancy background
  • Can-do attitude with a flexible mindset and self confidence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen to learn and grow
  • Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
  • Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent negotiation and self-management skills
  • BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
